    What are the potentials of upland and aquafarming? This and other issues will be discussed when two sister organizations - Society of Aquaculture Engineers in the Philippines (SAEP) and the Philippine Aquaculture Society (PAS) will hold their joint meeting at the Benguet State University (BSU) here on Nov. 17. SAEP president Rolando B. Edra, an official of the Los Baños-based Department of Science and Technology-Philippine Council for Aquatic and Marine Research and Development (PCAMRD), said the theme of the SAEP meeting is "Sustainable Aquaculture thru Establishment of Mariculture Parks and Development of Upland Aquafarming."
