Said SEAFDEC council meeting, hosted by the Philippines, is being attended by representatives from Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Japan, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. Malaysia did not send a representative to the five-day meeting, which kicked off last Monday at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Cebu City.en
