The Region VIII office of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) hosted recently a "Fisheries Technology Caravan." Region VIII BFAR Director Jose Carrido said that he caravan was participated in by 171 people from all over Eastern Visayas. They included fishpond operators, processors of marine products and representatives of the local government units.
