Agriculture Undersecretary for Fisheries Cesar Drilon pledges the support of the Department of Agriculture in the campaign to revive the kapis shell industry in western Iloilo coastal towns. The program is being undertaken by the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC-AQD) in Tigbauan, Iloilo, and the local government units of Oton, Tigbauan, and Guibal, all west of Iloilo City.
