A fisheries techno caravan and a series of trainings on fish culture and breeding will be held for fisherfolk starting on April 23. The initial fishery technology training will be conducted by the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) at the regional Kabataang Barangay gymnasium in Malolos on April 23 which will coincide with the launching of the caravan from Manila passing through Cordillera and Cagayan Valley regions and end on May 8 in Alaminos, Pangasinan.
