The whale was sighted last December 28 near Alimasag Fisherman area in Cancabato Bay here. It was brought to the Tacloban Fisheries Law Enforcement Team (FLET), and the incident was reported to BFAR Fisheries Protection and Law Enforcement Group (FPLEG).en
