    This vision must have been in the mind of Mayor Benjamin S. Lim even before he was elected into office. A preliminary step was needed though - place the famous Dagupan-Bonuan Bangus in the world map! Thus the attempt of Dagupan City to cook thousands of this unique Bangus in the longest grill in the world. The first attempt in 2002 was not successful, but in early May 2003, the world saw the longest grill - 1,007 meters - In Dagupan where thousands of Bangus were being grilled.
