Elements of Binalbagan Bantay Dagat Task force under the supervision of Police Major Fernando Somblingo Jr. conducted Seaborne Patrol within the coastal area of Binalbagan, which resulted in the apprehension of three fishing boats with the three suspects as the captain of their respective boats.en
