In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) yesterday, Manila Water said it has received a Notice of Violation from the LLDA last January 7, or almost a month ago. The LLDA imposed a penalty of ₱1,000 per day of discharging pollutive wastewater "to be computed from November 18, 2009, the date of initial inspection until full cessation of discharging pollutive wastewater."en
