Labor Secretary Marianito D. Roque said the department has started consulting and mobilizing industry and social partners to assess the needs and provide interventions to both the trade players and workers affected by a two-year ban against overfishing of tuna in the Pacific Ocean. The Labor chief has convened the consultation with the Industry Tripartite Council-Fishing Industry to determine the options and gauge the impact of the two-year tuna fishing ban.en
