The winning streak of researchers from the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC-AQD) continues. AQD Senior Scientists, Dr. Jurgenne Primavera won the Best Published Paper in aquaculture category in her paper titled " Tropical shrimp farming and its sustainability" during the 14th Dr. Elvira O. Tan Memorial Research Awards. Likewise AQD researchers Didi Baticados and Renato Agbayani won the Best Published Paper in Marine Fisheries Category with their paper titled "Fishing cooperatives in Capiz, central Philippines: their importance in managing fishery resources.".
