This was emphasized yesterday by the Department of Agriculture (DA) Undersecretary Cezar Drilon during the Press Conference held after the anniversary program of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center/Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC/AQD). Drilon was keynote speaker for the 27th year celebration of the existence of SEAFDEC/AQD. In his speech, Drilon noted that people involved in the fishery and aquaculture advancement program may come and go including himself but the mission remains and whether the community like it or not they have to help the million people who are indulged in fishing.
