    Excerpt
Gourmets and gourmands are rejoicing. Crispy Tawilis, the most sought-after dish in restaurants around the Tagaytay-Batangas route, is once again on the regular menu after a two month fishing ban aimed at saving the fish from extinction. Selling and catching of tawilis was prohibited during the closed season. The ban ended April 30.
