Senator Ralph Recto on Monday urged the government to reconsider the plan to turn Boracay Island into a land reform area following its six-month rehabilitation. The Senate President Pro Tempore made the appeal after President Duterte announced Sunday that he wants to declare the world-famous island as a land reform area so that farmers can benefit from it.
