Gilmar Galicia, newly-designated Commanding Officer of the army's 70th CAFGU battalion, and CO of the 24th Infantry Battalion told this correspondent that the DOST provided them with scuba diving gadgets and diving mask, saying all is set for their plan to propagate coral reef along the coastal areas here.
