"The current problem besetting Seafdec/AQD is now closer to being resolved," said the statement issued by the Office of the Chief yesterday. The management said the Research and Development Advisory Committee (RDAC), the body formed by the Department of Agriculture to review Seafdec/AQD's current thrusts and priorities in the light of budgetary constraints, held its fifth meeting last March 17 at office of the Usec.
