Sources said the SEAFDEC protestors in Tigbauan, Iloilo went on a 3-day protest leave starting on March 15. The SEAFDEC chief, Dr. Rolando Platon, and administrative and Finance officer Dan Baliao are both on official leave and are said to be warning their heels abroad.en
