The provincial government is collaborating with the Aquaculture Department of the Southeast Asia Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC-AQD) and Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) to pursue three research projects designed to bolster the local fisheries sector. Bermejo, Dr. Joebert Toledo, SEAFDEC-AQD chief, BFAR information center head Erwin Pador and Dr. Editha L. Magallanes, CAPSU vice president for administration, signed the memorandum of agreement for the project at the Holding Room of the provincial Capitol Nov. 16.
