Dr. Felix Ayson is the new chief of the Aquaculture Department of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC-AQD) in Tigbauan, Iloilo. The belated report said Dr. Ayson was sworn into office by Agriculture Secretary Proceso J. Alcala and will serve a two-year term.
