The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) accused Chinese maritime forces of blocking a Philippine operation against a Chinese fishing vessel suspected of dynamite fishing near Pag-asa Island on Sunday, Oct. 4.The PCG said its personnel, along with members of the Philippine Navy and the Philippine National Police Maritime Group, were pursuing the suspected vessel near Sandy Cays when two China Coast Guard (CCG) ships allegedly moved to obstruct the operation.
