The Department of Agriculture (DA) Region 6 and the Capiz Provincial Government signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for Regional Institutionalization of Agriculture and Fisheries Resources, boosting the sector’s development and modernization. John Amorsolo, Senior Science, Research Specialist and Focal Person of Agriculture and Fisheries Resources Research and Extension for Development Network (ARREDN), who represented DA Regional Executive Director Dennis R. Arpia; Gov. Fredenil Castro; and Acting Provincial Agriculturist Raoul Perez signed the MOU at the Office of the Governor on Monday, April 7.
