President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has ordered the creation of the Inter-Agency Council for the Pasig River Urban Development as part of his administration's efforts to enhance the quality of life along the river's banks. The directive was issued through Executive Order (EO) 35, signed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin on July 25.
