DENR-8 Regional director Leonardo Sibbaluca told reporters that the completed project included the planting of mangroves in the total of 1,544 hectares and delineated 406 kilometers of no-build-zone areas here. Sibbaluca said the project planted over 1.5 million seedlings of various mangrove and beach forest species.en
