    The province of Guimaras, in cooperation with the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) and the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC-AQD) will set up a collaborative project to promote and develop the aquatic and fishery resources of the province. The signing of the Memorandum of Agreement between the three parties is one of the highlights of the Manggahan Festival on April 15-22, 2000.
