Residents of barangay Magamay in Nueva Valencia, Guimaras have something in common - they need to raise their incomes to beat rising prices of prime commodities. This need prompted them to call on Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (Seafdec) to provide them technical assistance in their aquaculture venture.
