Department of Agriculture Undersecretary Cesar Drilon lauded Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center's (SEAFDEC) tremendous contribution to the upliftment of livelihood of fisherfolks in the country. In his keynote message during the 27th year anniversary celebration of (SEAFDEC Aquaculture Department (AQD) yesterday in Tigbauan, Iloilo, Drilon Cited the major role of SEAFDEC in the economic growth of the country, especially in the lives of the people of Tigbauan. "In my two years in the DA, I have followed and seen how SEAFDEC has transformed the lives of people especially here in Tigbaua," Drilon said.
