The Central Panay Economic Unification, Inc. (CPEU) got a boost with the start of its collaborative project with SEAFDEC technology on cage culture of tilapia in San Julian dam has two major component: breeding and grow out. Fast growing strain tilapias were stocked in fourteen 5x5m breeding and grout cages. Binangonan Freshwater Station supplied breeders while BFAR, fingerlings.
