Tanggol Kalikasan identified the harvester of the corals as a certain Mateo I. Taneo, 60, a local resident. PO1 Meynard P. Abel of the 403MPG said Taneo had intended to transport the corals for sale allegedly at the Cartimar Shopping Mall in Pasay City.en
