Experts will discuss the production of freshwater Ulang and free-range Sasso chicken from France in two seminars this Saturday, March 25, at the Magallanes Weekend Market seminar room in Makati at the corner of EDSA and South Luzon Expressway. The Ulang seminar will be handled by Dr. Melchor Tayamen, head of the Freshwater Aquaculture Center of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources in Muñoz, Nueva Ecija.
