Forty fishermen from Barangay 90 Payapay, this city are now back with their fishing livelihood after they received their respective motorized fishing boats, the Urban Poor Asscociates (UPA), reported. Alicia Murphy, UPA Field Director told reporters in an interview that her organization together with Holy Spirit Sisters (SSPS), turned-over 40 boats to fishermen of Barangay 90 Payapay, San Jose, this city last February 13. s.
