For one week starting September 28, suppliers of fish and other fish products from outside Pangasinan will not be allowed to enter Dagupan City. The city will be implementing the moratorium to help the city prevent cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19). This was the content of Executive Order No. 49 signed by Mayor Brian Lim on September 22.
