Expect a better harvest of fish in the lakeside towns of Rizal province soon. The Jalajala municipal government has signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with the Aquaculture-based Countryside Development Enterprise Foundation Inc. (ABCDEF) and the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) to promote the economic well-being of agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) and fisherfolk here.
