Two fishermen were rescued after their motorized boat capsized in the waters of Barangay Canmuros, Binalbagan, Negros Occidental Tuesday. One of the victims was identified as Reynold Arcillas, 30. Authorities withheld the name of his 17-year-old crewmember. Both of them were unharmed. The incident happened after Arcillas’ boat tangled with the trawl lines of another fishing boat.
