"Bangusine" is an international (MilkFish) cuisine cooking is set to take the center stage as part of the celebration of Bangus festival 2014 on April 28 at the CSI stadia. It will be an international Bangus Cuisine cooking showdown featuring culinary arts from different countries with the Dagupan Bangus main component of the dishes to be cooked.
