Police have arrested at least 88 fishermen in six motor Bancas off the sea of this city for violating the fisheries code. The police, Coast Guard and "Bantay-Dagat" (Sea Watch" groups have been on guard against illegal activities, including dynamite fishing, trawling of smuggling, in the sea off the shores of Cavite City, Novelita, Kawit, Rosario, Bacoor City, Tanza, Naic, Ternate and Maragondon.
