Commander Jansen Benjamin, head of Philippine Coast Guard (PCG)-Negros Occidental, said another fisherman saw a body of an unidentified man floating in the sea around 6 a.m. yesterday. Authorities later identified the body as that of Isagani Avansenia, 32, of Barangay Bocana. His relatives confirmed his identity.en
