Iloilo City - The Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC) based in southern Iloilo has launched a research and development program to revive the country’s shrimp industry. SEAFDEC Aquaculture Department Chief Dan Baliao said research-based technology will be used in boosting shrimp production.
