13 nabbed for illegal fishing in Pilar

Thirteen persons were arrested Thursday by members of the Bantay Dagat of Pilar, Capiz on board six fishing vessels for alleged illegal fishing. Among those apprehended were Mani Mahinay, Wilmar Bile, Roldan Padeos, Nhoa Belis, Rex Casman, Sherwin Casmen, Alberto Villamor, Mhico and Melchor Flores, Jerry Bandojo, Joebert Babac, Ruzzel Flores and Roberto Babac.
