The provincial government sought to prosecute six fishermen who were arrested for Danish seine fishing in Concepcion earlier this week. Criminal complaint for violation of Section 86 and Section 95 of Republic Act 10654 amending Republic Act 8550 was filed before the Iloilo Prosecutor's Office on Thursday.
