    Excerpt
Will shellfish be served at the food festival during the Sinadya sa Halaran? Festival director Rommel Roberto Lastimoso said the organizers were still awaiting word from authorities, including the provincial government, Office of the Provincial Agriculturist, and Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), regarding the sale of such seafood at the food fest. From Dec. 4 to 8, the food festival will be held at the Roxas City public plaza from 7 p.m. to 12 midnight.
