To prevent the possible spread of bacteria, the decomposing carcass of a sperm whale was chopped into pieces and buried in an uninhabited area after it was found floating in the waters off Hinatuan in Surigao del Sur.The estimated 40,000 kilos weights sperm whale was found by fisherfolk, floating dead at the coast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur on May 9.
