Barangay officials in Barangay Gahit, E.B. Magalona, Negros Occidental rescued a sea turtle trapped in a fish cage on Wednesday. Environment Management Specialist II (EMS II) Jojo Vargas said the turtle was 24 inches long and 16 inches wide. It was physically fit and was released back into the sea, he added.
