    Excerpt
The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG)-Negros Occidental intercepted three residents of Bantayan, Cebu at Vito port in Sagay City, Negros Occidental last Tuesday. Commander Jansen Benjamin, PCG-Negros Occidental head, said they arrested a 56-year-old man and his two companions on board a motorized boat loaded with fermented fish. Benjamin said they were supposed to deliver the fermented fish but because of the border closure due to COVID-19 crisis, they are not allowed to enter the area.
