Muscle cramps - general weakness and nightly muscle stiffness: Vitamin B1 (thiamine), nuts, legumes, whole grains, potatoes, meats (pork, liver); Vitamin B6-fish, cereals; Biotine-unpolished rice; Vitamin D-fish liver oils, egg yolks, sunshine (at least 10-minute exposure to early morning sun daily); Sodium-tuna sardines, green olives; Supplements-chelated calcium and magnesium-1 tab a day, 400IU Vitamin E (dry form).
