The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) has warned the public not to consume shellfish harvested from Davao Oriental, Bohol, Western Samar, Leyte, Capiz, Aklan, Iloilo, and Biliran as the coastal waters in these areas remain positive for red tide toxin.
