    Excerpt
The Bureau of Customs (BoC) foiled an attempt to sneak into the country through the Port of Manila (PoM) a fishing vessel from Taiwan without import entry and payment of duties and taxes. PoM district collector and lawyer Roger Gatchalian said the apprehending team was able to seize vessel "Maan Tsair Fa" owned by a certain Alfredo Agarao even as the subject vessel was given a facelift and another name. "They (Pier Inspection Division, Enforcement Group, and Coast Guard personnel) had a hard time locating and identifying the vessel since is owner has changed its color; from white to blue, and renamed the vessel as FB Water World 01," he said.
