The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) Negros Oriental Field Office is set to celebrate its 49th Fish Conservation Week from October 15 to 19 to highlight the importance of preserving and protecting marine resources. Provincial Fishery Officer Florencia Mepana requests the local government of Dumaguete City to participate in the activity during the opening on October 15 at the BFAR Office in sitio Candayong in Barangay Calindagan.
