In a show of generosity to his fellow local chief executives, Pitogo Mayor Paulino Sayat has ordered the distribution of tons of fish caught by the town’s fisherfolk to other local government units (LGUs) in the province. Sayat, owner of several fishing vessels, ordered that the freshly harvested fish be distributed to the mayors of Agdangan, Unisan, Padre Burgos, Pagbilao towns, and Lucena City, particularly in Barangays Dalahican and Mayao Crossing. Sayat said the distribution to other places came after residents in his own hometown of Pitogo had already gotten their fair share of the fish harvest.en
