Operatives of the Maritime CAFGU Active Auxiliary (MCAA) Zambales and Bantay-Dagat, supervised by the Naval Forces Northern Luzon (NFNL), have arrested two fishers, who were allegedly conducting illegal fishing activity along the coastal water of Masinloc, Zambales on Friday. Marine Captain Jojit Ofiaza, the spokesperson of the NFNL, identified the two arrested fishermen as Boboy Ondel and Mark Delkadal, both residents of Barangay Inhobol, Masinloc, Zambales.
