Listed tuna manufacturer Alliance Tuna International Inc. (Alliance Tuna) and its subsidiary, Prime Foods New Zealand (PFNZ), have formed a joint-venture local firm to import and process smoked salmon. The processing facilities would be located in General Santos City, adjacent to Alliance Tuna's operations. It would have an initial capital of P4 million.
